On this six-day retreat in the vibrant Costa Rican jungle, we’ll immerse ourselves in the lush green and revitalizing ocean landscape alongside kindred women devoted to their own soul journeys.

We’ll find nourishment in healthy, organic meals as well as in each other’s stories. We’ll learn from local artisans and find solace in nature. We’ll hike to waterfalls and linger by the ocean, soaking in nature’s healing and grounding power. We’ll do yoga and breathwork to release blocked energy and tension—sending fresh oxygen to our cells as well as to our dreams.

We’ll get in tune with the Divine Feminine living inside each of us as we sit under the stars, holding sacred space as we turn the page of a new chapter.
