SLOW FLOW
Slow flow yoga is a breath-based movement practice that brings us home to our body with an emphasis on mindfulness and meditation. This slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience.
VIN TO YIN YOGA
Vin to Yin Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice, bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.
GENTLE YOGA
A slower and gentler practice of yoga focused on ease. Great choice for anyone who is afraid they are not flexible or fit enough to do yoga.
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. it's also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”.
YIN YOGA
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the connective tissues as ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia networks of the body.
VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga links movement and breath to achieve a continuous flow. Vinyasa yoga builds strength and improves mobility.
DRAGON FLOW
A Mindful Vinyasa flow practice influenced by Tai-Chi principles that combines a strong focus on the breath, a heat generating flow, and gentle approach to challenging asanas.
