In the perfect location to host our renewal retreat, on the amazing pacific coast beaches of Esterillos Este, each morning we will gather for an early hatha/flow yoga practice. We will come together for a late afternoon practice which will include meditation, gentle and restorative yoga, and pranayama (breath-control exercises). Schedule will vary on days of excursions.

We will be in Costa Rica during whale season and are excited to include a Whale Tour in with the price of your retreat. As with anything in nature there are no guarantees we will see a whale. However, our chances are really high, and we can use the power of visualization to start to imagine seeing whales on our tour, so that we can manifest it as a reality!

Colleen Dwyer and Graham Fuze are life partners, and are the founders of BlossOMing Yoga. They have been on the spiritual path together since they met sixteen years ago. They have a true love and passion for Costa Rica, and are excited to share one of their favorite places with you!
